- 1.50 cup, Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup, Almond Meal
- 2 tablespoon, Cream Cheese
- 3 tbs Ketologie Chicken bone broth
- 2 TBSP, collagen
- 1 tsp, Xanthan Gum
Combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond meal and Ketologie Chicken Bone Broth in a glass bowl. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Mix well until dough like in texture. Add the Ketologie Collagen powder and Xanthan Gum.
Mix into round dough ball and then place between 2 sheets of cooking paper. Roll out to desired cracker thickness with rolling pin. Cut to desired cracker shape. Prick across the top with a fork to prevent rising. Sprinkle or dust with desired seasoning.
Pre heat air fryer or oven for 3 minutes at 200 degrees.
Air Fryer Cook for 3 minutes and then turn to ensure even browning. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
Oven bake for 12 minutes turn and brown evenly, Turn at 6 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking tray.
Once crisp then serve with favorite low carb topping or dip.
