Low Carb Chocolate Bread

For those who miss a little bread from time to time, then here's a special treat for you to sink your Keto teeth into! ;)

Ingredients:

3 Cups Almond Meal
6 large Eggs
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
5 grams salt
120 gram butter salted normal butter
200 grams Sour Cream
4 tbsps. Organic Sweet like Sugar
2 Scoops Chocolate Keto Shake
25 grams Psyllium Husk

Optional

5 grams low carb Gluten flour for fluffier bread set
1 teaspoon Yeast

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a bread maker 

  1. Place all the dry ingredients in bread maker.
  2. Add the eggs, Sour cream and melted butter.
  3. Set to wholemeal bake large loaf on the bread maker
  4. Once baking is completed sit on a bread or cake rack to cool
