NO-OAT-MEAL CEREAL RECIPE

Noatmeal

For all of you who were fans of our No-Oat-Meal breakfast cereal, please find our recipe attached that uses our two new high fat Keto Shakes. Please keep coming back to our blog page for new recipes as we will be launching a bunch over the next few months!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Vanilla or Chocolate Keto Shake (48g)

1/2 TBSP organic coconut flour (5g)

1 TBSP organic golden ground flaxmeal (7g)

Total: 60g

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix these 3 ingredients together in a bowl, add 1/2 cup of hot water (just boiled works well), stir, then microwave on high for 1 minute.

For the cold dessert version, simply add all the same ingredients above and then add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream and stir together.
