CHEESE PLATTER

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

Seed crackers (see recipe)

Selection of favorite cheeses (gorgonzola, brie, bleu, jalapeno/ bacon/cheddar – go wild!)

Roasted red pepper hummus

Selection favorite olives (kalamata are amazing!)

Favorite pate

Chopped walnuts

Prosciutto, salami (or not, if vegetarian)

*Optional: glass of red wine!

Instructions:

Arrange all of the above artfully on a large platter or board. Dig in!
