Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Almond Flour

½ cup Coconut Flour

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 

2 tsp Cream of Tartar

½ tsp Xanthan Gum

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Vanilla Extract 

½ cup Ketologie Sweet Like Sugar Substitute

2 scoops Ketologie Vanilla Shake Mix

1 Stick Butter

2 Eggs


Cinnamon Topping:

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 

4 tsp Ketologie Sweet Like Sugar Substitute


Instructions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees F


Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl then set aside


In a second bowl combine your wet ingredients using a hand mixer or whisk. Then gradually mix in dry ingredients to form a dough. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.


Combine ground cinnamon and Ketologie sweet like sugar, set aside.
