This Protein-packed Thai Peanut Beef Bowl is the perfect one-skillet meal for your busy life. Great for meal prep and loaded with spicy beef flavor. The Ketologie Beef Bone Broth adds flavor as well as collagen and vital nutrients to the dish.

Riced cauliflower is a great way to bulk up dishes to keep you full without the refined carbohydrates of traditional rice. 

This recipe is dairy-free for those who are lactose intolerant. If you have an allergy to peanuts you can substitute any other nut butters that meet your dietary needs.

Pro Tip* Use a potato masher to break up the ground beef into even bite-size pieces when cooking. This utensil also works great for incorporating ingredients when preparing the sauce.

Makes 6 servings


2 lbs. Ground Beef 

1 scoop Ketologie Beef Bone Broth

1 cup riced Cauliflower 

½ cup Coconut Cream

¼ cup Sliced Scallions 

¼ cup all natural Peanut or any Nut Butter

2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 

2 tbsp Liquid Aminos 

1 tbsp Minced Garlic 

1 tbsp Sesame Oil 

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tbsp Sambal Oelek 

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice 

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Ground Ginger 

Juice of 1 Lime


In a large pan brown your ground be over medium-high heat. 

Once Beef is about ¾ cooked add your riced cauliflower, minced garlic and half of the scallions. Sauté for about 1 minute.

Next add the remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds and remaining scallions that will be used as garnish 

Simmer the beef mixture until all the ingredients have fully incorporated. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes before plating 

Garnish your Thai beef bowl with, scallions, sesame seeds as well as Thai basil and chopped peanuts.
