The search is over!

I absolutely love the chocolate keto protein shake. Reminds of of the hot chocolate I used to drink as a child. Great flavor, filling and satisfying. Good hot or cold. My tip, mix it with water, heat it, then add to coffee.

Keto Protein Shake

I am a chocoholic and the product is wonderful. I am still trying to wrap my head around the premise of keto itself. I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste. I take a small scoop of dark chocolate cocoa and add to the shake. I love the shake... In fact, I have told several friends about the products... I also purchased the vanilla and it was really great. I was surprised at the great flavor in the vanilla and alternate between the two products.

First time purchase

I recently bought a bottle of the chocolate protein shake. I first tried a sample of it in my keto box. The taste is very good and it does keep me satisfied for a few hours. But it did upset my stomach for the first few days I used it. After a few days it no longer irritated my stomach. I recently started intermittent fasting and I like to use this shake on the days I am fasting. I will definitely be buying more products in the future!

Protein Rich Chocolate Shake
CHOCOLATE COCONUT
CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:

60g Keto shake
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup chia seeds (approx 40g)
6oz of unsweetened almond milk

Serves 2

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend 6oz of unsweetened almond milk with 60g Keto Chocolate shake
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup chia seeds (approx. 40g)
Mix with a fork (remix a couple of times as they set)

Divide into two small mason jars or water glasses and leave to bloom overnight – or at least for an hour.

Serving suggestions: as breakfast puddings there’s no need to get too fancy, but if you’re serving this as a dessert to guests you might like to dress them up with shavings of 85% cacao chocolate and/or a few chopped nuts (pecans are delish!). Fresh blueberries, raspberries and whipped cream also look beautiful whilst keeping it keto.

Special note: we don’t recommend blitzing this in a blender once you’ve added the chia seeds in – the seeds will still set, but the pudding will taste quite bitter.
Keto Protein Shake
ICED MOCHA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup brewed coffee (we like French Press); make night before and chill in fridge
2 scoops Chocolate Keto Shake
Small handful of ice

Optional: 1 TBSP grass-fed/organic full fat butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend, serve!

Toppings/serving suggestions: cinnamon, 100% pure dutched cocoa, SF whipped cream

This super simple variation on your morning Keto Shake takes only seconds to throw together but delivers so much goodness: coconut oil, collagen peptides, real high fat cocoa (no artificial chocolate flavoring), and mineral salts. Plus, caffeine from real coffee. Boom!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops Chocolate Keto Shake (60g)
1 Cup of hot water

Optional extra:
