We deliver to the United States only at this point in time via our website but some our products are available via Amazon - Click here
How do you ship your products?
We deliver via UPS Ground Mail, to all of our available locations. You will receive a tracking number at the time your item/s are shipped. Please be sure to track your item via the information provided to ensure there are no delays or issues with your order.
Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from Ketologie LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Ketologie LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address accessible only to trusted individuals. We highly recommend choosing a shipping destination that is secure and where someone is available to receive the package.
In the event of a missing package, customers should contact us or the carrier directly to resolve the situation. Any claims for lost or stolen items must be addressed with the respective carrier. Ketologie LLC will provide necessary assistance and information needed for the claim process but will not be liable for the reimbursement or replacement of lost or stolen packages.
When will my delivery arrive?
We offer delivery Monday through to Saturday. Packages also tend to arrive slightly later during inclement weather and around holidays. Generally, you will receive your products before 4pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have any issues at all after please contact the courier or UPS and if you can't locate the order still then please contact us directly on our contact page.
What is the cost for shipping?
As we use a variety of shipping providers, we have different rates for every zone, the weight of each order is then factored into the pricing. The easiest way to calculate the shipping cost is to add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout, where you can enter your specific delivery address and the exact cost will be calculated.
