8 boneless chicken thighs
2 TBSP olive oil Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
¾ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
*Optional: 1 tsp SweetLikeSugar
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Spray or grease roasting dish with olive oil.
In large bowl, toss chicken thighs in the olive oil.
In separate smaller bowl or jar, mix all spices together.
Toss chicken with spice blend until well-coated.
Place chicken in roasting dish and bake for 22-25 mins
Serve with green salad or choice of fave keto friendly veggies.
