GRILLED ASPARAGUS

Serves 2 l Prep time: 15-20min

Ingredients:

1 bunch of asparagus spears

3 TBSP olive oil

1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 TBSP lemon juice

2 TBSP grated Parmesan

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears, and then combine in a glass mixing bowl with the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan. Arrange in a single layer into a casserole dish or baking tray and bake for 15 minutes (until tender but not blackened).

Sprinkle with the lemon juice and serve!
