250 mL cold water

30 g canned pumpkin puree (about 2 Tbsp)

1.5 g pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon + pinch nutmeg + pinch ginger)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Ice (optional, for a thicker, frosty texture)
Method

Add 250 mL cold water to a blender or shaker.

Add 45 g Vanilla Collagen shake base, 30 g pumpkin puree and 1.5 g pumpkin pie spice. Add the vanilla extract if you like a rounder flavour.

Blend (20–30 seconds) or shake vigorously (30–45 seconds) until smooth and frothy. Add a handful of ice and blend again if you prefer it thicker.

Taste and adjust spice if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
