Pumpkin Spice Collagen Shake

We blend smooth Vanilla Collagen with real pumpkin puree and warming pumpkin-pie spices for a rich, velvety drink that’s high in protein and perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. It’s effortless to mix, travel-friendly, and a great way to enjoy autumn flavour while staying keto. 

Ingredients

  • 45 g Ketologie Vanilla Collagen Keto Shake base

  • 250 mL cold water

  • 30 g canned pumpkin puree (about 2 Tbsp)

  • 1.5 g pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon + pinch nutmeg + pinch ginger)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice (optional, for a thicker, frosty texture)

Method

  1. Add 250 mL cold water to a blender or shaker.

  2. Add 45 g Vanilla Collagen shake base, 30 g pumpkin puree and 1.5 g pumpkin pie spice. Add the vanilla extract if you like a rounder flavour.

  3. Blend (20–30 seconds) or shake vigorously (30–45 seconds) until smooth and frothy. Add a handful of ice and blend again if you prefer it thicker.

  4. Taste and adjust spice if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
