18 x 60g SERVES (300cal) or 36 x 30g SERVES (150cal)

1. Add approximately 10-12 fl oz (300-350ml) cup of either water or your favorite unsweetened nut milk.

2. Add 1 or 2 scoops (30 - 60g) of keto shake powder.option: add any other of your favorite keto friendly ingredients.

3. Blend until mixed thoroughly & enjoy.

CHIA PUDDING/BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS:

12oz water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chia seeds (approx 28g)
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (approx. 28g)


INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend 12oz of water with 60g Keto Vanilla shake
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup chia seeds (approx. 40g)
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (approx. 28g)
Mix with a fork (remix a couple of times as they set)

Divide into two small mason jars or water glasses and leave to bloom overnight – or at least for an hour.

Special note: we don’t recommend blitzing this in a blender once you’ve added the chia seeds in – the seeds will still set, but the pudding will taste quite bitter.
MATCHA TEA LATTE

INGREDIENTS:

2 Scoops Vanilla Keto Shake (60g)
1 Tsp of matcha green tea powder
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla or plain almond milk OR filtered cold or hot water

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend ingredients. Serve hot or cold!

GOLDEN SUPER LATTE

INDREDIENTS:

2 Scoops Vanilla Keto Shake (60g)
1 Tsp of turmeric powder
1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla or plain almond milk OR filtered Hot or cold water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend ingredients. Serve hot or cold!
