Beef Bolognese

Beef Bolognese

On a cool fall day, there’s nothing better than a warm meaty bowl of Beef Bolognese. Using low carb konjac noodles in place of traditional pasta makes this Italian classic keto friendly.  The rich ground beef fortified with Ketologie chicken bone broth really gives this dish a blast of rich meaty flavor.

Pro tip* rinse the konjac noodles under hot water for about 30 seconds then pat dry before sautéing. This will help the noodles tighten up for a more pasta-like texture.

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 lb lean Ground Beef

2 packages Miracle Noodles

1 cup Low carb Marinara

2 scoops Roast Chicken Bone Broth

¼ cup Heavy cream

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp diced onion

½ tsp sea salt

Instructions:

Brown off ground beef along with garlic, onions and Italian seasoning until fully cooked. Then remove from pan and let cool over paper towels.

Add olive oil to the remaining beef fat and sauté the konjac noodles, Ketologie Broth and heavy cream until the cream has absorbed into the noodles.

Add low carb marinara and ground beef back into the pan with the noodles. Sauté until just before boiling, remove from heat and stir in Parmesan Cheese.
