250 grams fresh or frozen raspberries or mixed berries
2 tablespoons chia seed
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons of Ketologie Sweet Like Sugar
Tip berries and water into saucepan stir while bringing to a boil
Add Chia seeds, Vanilla Extract and Sweet like Sugar stir as cooling.
Continue stirring until jam is thickened. If drying out too much add more water. Needs to be stirred at a low heat to prevent burning.
Fill airtight jar and refrigerate. Store for four to five days.
